Upgraded Common Markets List
CASSIDI can now flag those markets on the Common Markets List that exceed merger guidelines with the click of a button. It also shows post-merger market share, HHI, and change in HHI for all common markets. Simply check the "Flag Markets Exceeding Guidelines" box near the top of the list and you are there.
Institution and Market Histories
Click the new "History" tab on any institution or banking market page to view a transactions history for that institution or market. History timelines may vary by institution and market.
Multiple Targets
More than one proposed target in a market? Not a problem. CASSIDI now lets you add more than one target to a pro forma calculation.
